то видно проблема... мой 125 пулей 0.45 выдавал достаточно стабильно...

The Rohm Twinmaster Co2 in its basic form outputs about 2ft/lb or 360ft/sec and a lot of people have asked how to increase the power of these guns, but the whole subject concerning power increase of Twinmasters seems to be shrouded in mystery, either people say it is to difficult to attempt but won't say what the job is, or someone wants to charge you _50.00 to do the job.
So this is my solution to increasing Twinmaster power, it very easy and reversible.

To get more power you need to increase the amount of gas behind the pellet and to do this the gas valve needs to be opened for a longer time, with the Twinmaster the gas valve is opened by the hammer hitting the valve stem and lifting it off its seal, now the valve is held shut by first a spring and second gas pressure, when the hammer hits the valve stem it pushes the valve away from its seal and lets gas flow through to the pellet, then the spring pushes the valve shut and lifts the hammer back to its start position, if you could prolong this open period more gas would be let out and increase the power of the gun, and all the spring does is close the valve so if we weaken the spring by a small amount it will increase the valve open time and increase the amount of gas let out, this can improve the output of the Twinmaster up to 4.ft/lb or 500ft/sec.

When doing this the adjustments are very small, as supplied the valve spring is approximately 0.372" long this needs to be shortened by 0.24" to 0.348. to do this bend the coils down by a small amount "DO NOT CUT" and check with a vernier gauge or micrometer. After refitting the valve make sure that it pushes the hammer back without any hesitation, if it does not, lengthen the spring by a small amount until it does.
This may look a bit complicated but in actual fact it is very easy, just take your time, don't bent the spring to much at once just in small stages, and when refitting smear some oil on the large Green O-ring and the valve stem. If it all goes wrong bend the spring back to what it was when you started. Have fun!

These mods will work for both Co2 and PCP guns. All the mods need to be done to get the maximum power. My twinmaster Action with all these mods puts out a max of 575fps and an average of 525fps over six magazines on a reasonably warm day

The first job is to alter the ports on the Twinmaster valve, as supplied the port holes are round and have sharp corners and the valve itself is very hard so to do this job you will need some emery string 1/16 dia, put the valve in the vice as shown use a piece of heavy card between the valve and the vice jaws then using the emery string carefully emery away the sharp edges on the ports, be very careful not to catch the sealing rim on the valve, emery the ports until they look like the photo.

Next make a 8mm dia packing washer 5mm long with a 4mm hole, this can be made from nylon, or brass, then fit on to the hammer spring shaft.

The last job is to increase the weight of the firing pin hammer head this is to prolong the opening time of the valve. The weight will need to be made out of steel slotted out as per photo and fastened on using a grub screw and Locktite, the size in not to critical but no bigger than the one in the photo.

Все, что удалось. 170м/с. легкой 0.45г. Поджал пружину курка, и добавил в редуктор шайбу, толщиной 0.9 мм. Начинал с 0.5 мм. Толще не годится! Не хватает удара курка(силы).

Mod part III

Bij de twinmasterPcp uit voering is de regulator op het pistool geplaatst
en met 3 imbusjes dicht geschroefd..
als je de imbusjes los draaid ( alle 3 gelijkmatig ) dan zit er een voorspanning op van 2 mm
daar voorbij is de regulator veerspanningsloos..
in de regulator zit een stapel schotelringen die <><><><> zo tegen elkaar liggen
deze ringen zijn 8 mm in doorsnede
met verenstalen vulringen M5 0,1mm dik buiten dia 8mm kunje ze wat meer preload geven .
de regulator geeft dan meer druk af ( minder schoten wel wat meer power)
test met een chrony hoeveel ringen nuttig bijdragen tot pellet versnelling..
als de druk te hoog wordt dan krijgt de hamer de klep ook niet goed meer open..
zo max 4 ringen toevoegen...
en de regulator weer sluiten en de imbussen gelijkmatig rond om vast draaien..
de druk is nu zeker 20 bar hoger als normaal !!

Ook de gele afsluitring van de klep ( zie in de foto van jou artikel)
is behoorlijk dik deze kan voorzichtig door gesneden worden ( gehalveerd)
dat geeft een beter (vollere) opening van de klep en meer openings tijd.....
op een vlakkeplaat met schuurpapier korrel 40 , 600 , 1200 de ring weer goed vlakschuren
en rondom even dik maken.. zodat de klep wel weer goed kan afsluiten..

0.372 inch = 9.4488 millimeters

0.348 inch = 8.8392 millimeters

Т.е. в Германии есть возможность послать пистолет напрямую в Рём и они его сами доведут до 150М/с. Причем, доработке подвергается именно редуктор. За какие деньги они это делают, правда, не нашел.

Сечас правдо с этим проблема. Так как Рём продал свою продукцию Умарэксу.
Теперь фиг понять куда отсылать
